In June 2018 he performed as the Tsymbaly Duo with Ron Demeda at the concert for the centennial of the Eastern Eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Canada, and that September he played the tsymbaly at the festive lunch marking 100 years of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Ottawa.\n\nRoman came to Canada from England in 1957.
