Built for Ukrainian festivalsFree core infrastructure

More festivals.
Less admin.
More Ukraine.

UAFest Network gives Ukrainian festival teams the digital infrastructure that normally takes months to assemble: a site, CRM, applications, marketplace and a global discovery layer.

The goal is simple: spend less time rebuilding software and spreadsheets, and more time creating cultural events that keep Ukraine visible in cities around the world.

Why this project exists

The boring infrastructure should already be built.

A Ukrainian festival in Toronto, Warsaw or Melbourne should not have to independently rebuild the same website, application forms, vendor spreadsheet, volunteer list, sponsor pipeline and communications stack. UAFest turns those repeated costs into shared infrastructure while keeping every festival autonomous.

01

A festival website, ready to run

Multilingual, mobile-first and SEO-ready, with program, venue, performers, vendors, sponsors, applications, news and your own branding.

02

Festival OS + CRM

Vendors, performers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, forms, documents, communications, tasks, approvals and reporting in one workspace.

03

Discovery that compounds

Every participating festival becomes part of country, city and festival discovery pages built to make Ukrainian cultural events easier to find worldwide. Those pages are closed to search engines while the Network is being finished.

04

UAFest Market all year

Vendors and Ukrainian businesses stay discoverable between festival weekends and can connect their festival presence to the international marketplace.

05

Reusable Network identities

Participant profiles can evolve into a shared UAFest Passport for vendors, performers, sponsors and volunteers across multiple festivals.

06

Local control, shared infrastructure

Every festival remains independent. UAFest provides the tools and network layer; local organizers control their event, team, content and participation decisions.

Global discovery

Ukrainian culture, on the map.

Connected festivals are shown separately from clearly labelled reference profiles. As organizers join, the live layer grows without replacing the SEO footprint already built around diaspora cities.

Reference pages are illustrative product examples, not claims that UAFest operates or is affiliated with a real festival in that city. When a real organizer joins, the connected profile is clearly identified as live.

UAFest Lanark County is the real-world reference implementation. Partner festivals appear here only after their Network profile is explicitly published and listed.

Where the Network stands today

What is running, and what is still being built.

The honest boundary of this stage, written down so a decision to bring a festival here is made with open eyes. The number of connected festivals below is the live one.

Working today

6 live
  • Festival websitePages, program, venue, performers, vendors, news and photographs, in English and Ukrainian, edited and published from the organizer workspace.
  • An addressA provisioned festival runs on its own uafest.ca subdomain from the first day, with its own robots and sitemap.
  • CRM workspaceApplications, sponsors and tasks for the people and organizations who make the festival happen, in one place instead of a spreadsheet each.
  • Public formsIntake forms on the festival's own site land in that CRM rather than in somebody's inbox.
  • AnalyticsPage and form activity for the festival's own site, collected by UAFest itself.
  • Impact reportingThe numbers a funder asks for, kept in the workspace and exported as a spreadsheet.

Still being built

5 in progress
  • Connected festivalsThe public directory lists no festival today. UAFest Lanark County runs on the platform as the flagship, and one pilot festival was provisioned by the UAFest team to test the onboarding end to end.
  • Search visibilityEvery Network page carries noindex while this section is being finished, so a connected festival gains no search traffic from these surfaces yet.
  • A domain of your ownA custom domain can be requested from the workspace, and the UAFest team confirms and connects it by hand. No festival is on one yet.
  • UAFest MarketThe Market is a private beta running on uafest.ca. A connected festival's vendors do not appear in it yet.
  • Shared participant identityThe UAFest Passport is a plan. Every festival's vendors, performers and volunteers belong to that festival alone today.
