A festival website, ready to run
Multilingual, mobile-first and SEO-ready, with program, venue, performers, vendors, sponsors, applications, news and your own branding.
UAFest Network gives Ukrainian festival teams the digital infrastructure that normally takes months to assemble: a site, CRM, applications, marketplace and a global discovery layer.
The goal is simple: spend less time rebuilding software and spreadsheets, and more time creating cultural events that keep Ukraine visible in cities around the world.

Why this project exists
A Ukrainian festival in Toronto, Warsaw or Melbourne should not have to independently rebuild the same website, application forms, vendor spreadsheet, volunteer list, sponsor pipeline and communications stack. UAFest turns those repeated costs into shared infrastructure while keeping every festival autonomous.
Multilingual, mobile-first and SEO-ready, with program, venue, performers, vendors, sponsors, applications, news and your own branding.
Vendors, performers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, forms, documents, communications, tasks, approvals and reporting in one workspace.
Every participating festival becomes part of country, city and festival discovery pages built to make Ukrainian cultural events easier to find worldwide. Those pages are closed to search engines while the Network is being finished.
Vendors and Ukrainian businesses stay discoverable between festival weekends and can connect their festival presence to the international marketplace.
Participant profiles can evolve into a shared UAFest Passport for vendors, performers, sponsors and volunteers across multiple festivals.
Every festival remains independent. UAFest provides the tools and network layer; local organizers control their event, team, content and participation decisions.
Global discovery
Connected festivals are shown separately from clearly labelled reference profiles. As organizers join, the live layer grows without replacing the SEO footprint already built around diaspora cities.

Past flagship editions establish the operating history. Future connected festivals enter the same timeline automatically when their published Network profile has a date.
