Mykola Kuleba is a Ukrainian children's rights advocate and humanitarian, founder and head of Save Ukraine, a registered charitable organization established in 2014 to help war-affected families with a special emphasis on children. He served as Ukraine's Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights (2014-2021) and earlier headed the Kyiv Children's Service (2006-2014). Save Ukraine's team has returned hundreds of forcibly transferred Ukrainian children from Russia and occupied territories, and Kuleba has received honors including the Manhae Peace Award and the 2023 Magnitsky Human Rights Award.
