À propos

Blended Beverage Bar is a small-town café at 230 Bridge Street in downtown Carleton Place, Ontario. The shop keeps its own description to one line at the top of its Instagram: "Bubble tea • Smoothies • Coffee • Icecream • Waffle on stick New additions on the way!"

On Facebook the café introduces itself at more length: "Blended Beverage Bar is now proudly woman-owned and ready to serve the community with fresh energy. We specialize in fresh smoothies, handcrafted bubble teas, specialty coffees, treats & ice creams — all served in a warm, welcoming space." Its Google listing says the same thing in plainer words: "Small town cafe bar serving a range of beverages from healthy needs to caffeine needs."

The counter changes with the season. A matcha menu arrived in March 2026 — "From creamy classics to fruity twists—there's a matcha for every mood." Waffle on a Stick launched in April 2026: "Waffles reimagined. Fun. Mess-free. Delicious. Who needs cutlery anyway?" A full ice cream range followed at the end of May 2026, scooped from Kawartha Dairy and rotated week by week — Moon Mist, Mint Chip, Pralines & Cream, Cookies & Cream, The Tragically Chip, Ripe Raspberry Sorbet.

Shelf space goes to Ontario makers. The café pours Lanark County Coffee Co., "locally flame-roasted in small batches," and sells the beans retail in-store; it launched vegan baked goods with Keepin It Vegan Bakery in May 2026, and it stocks nut-free, gluten-free fudge from Moose Munchies Candy Co. Kids get their own turn behind the shaker: after the March 2026 Make Your Own Bubble Tea Workshop the café wrote that "the kids had SO much fun being little bobaristas." For Summerfest it ran complimentary henna with every purchase, $5 mango lemonades and a spin-the-wheel, under its own sign-off: "Good drinks. Good vibes. Great memories."

The café writes about its regulars often. "This isn't just a café—it's something we are building with so much passion, and every visit, every share, every kind word helps us grow more than you know." Hours move with the season and with the work going on inside: in August 2026 the shop closed on Wednesdays for a few weeks to "make a few changes, plan ahead, and work on some exciting things," and asked people to check its Google listing, where "our most up-to-date hours are always available."
