UAFest's volunteer crew — the backbone of festival day

UAFest doesn't have an events-management company behind it. It has volunteers — people who show up early, stay late, and quietly make sure a day full of food, music and thousands of guests actually comes together.

From setup and teardown to greeting guests at the gate to keeping each zone running smoothly, volunteer crews are the backbone of the whole day. It's the same spirit the festival started with in 2023: neighbours helping neighbours, just at a bigger scale now.

If you've ever wanted to be part of UAFest from the inside rather than just as a guest, this is the way in. Volunteer applications for 2026 are open now — no experience required, just a willingness to help make the day work.
