Partners

The community organizations, institutions and charity partners who stand behind UAFest — not a paid tier, but a shared purpose.

Who Organizes UAFest

Built alongside our community

UAFest is organized by the Ukrainian Community of Lanark County, a volunteer-run non-profit, with support from community partners. It runs on neighbours giving their time, and those relationships are what keep the festival volunteer-run and community-first, year after year.

The organizing community behind UAFest — the local Ukrainian-Canadian community that founded the festival and continues to run it, all-volunteer, year after year.

Charity Partnership

A new charity partner every year

A share of every festival's proceeds goes to a charity partner supporting Ukrainian children and families affected by the war.

2023
Rotary for Kids of Heroes
In UAFest's first year, a Rotary for Kids of Heroes gift drive provided Christmas gifts for 50 children in the Kharkiv region.
2024
As the festival roughly tripled in size, UAFest's charity partnership supported Save Ukraine.
2025
UAFest's current charity partner is Kids of Ukraine (kidsofua.org), supporting children and families affected by the war as they heal and rebuild.

Partners — FAQ

Sponsors support UAFest through a paid tier — from Community Partner ($300) up to Title sponsorship ($10,000+) — with benefits like logo placement, a vendor booth, or stage mentions. Partners are the non-transactional side of that relationship: community organizations, institutions and charities that UAFest works alongside without a paid package. See our Sponsors page for tier details.

UAFest is organized by the Ukrainian Community of Lanark County, a volunteer-run non-profit, together with organizing partners LifeCapital Global, MarketingMIX and Alice Boutique.

UAFest has supported a different charity partner each year: Rotary for Kids of Heroes in 2023 (Christmas gifts for 50 children in the Kharkiv region), Save Ukraine in 2024, and Kids of Ukraine in 2025.

There isn't a separate partner-application form yet — reach out through our Contact page and tell us about your organization, and our team will follow up.
