Add a panel

The cloth grows by one embroidered rushnyk at a time. Each panel names a hometown in Ukraine and a new home abroad, and once it is sewn in, it travels with the rest.

Register a panel

How it goes

  1. 01You registerFill the form below with who is stitching and where you are. Photographs of work in progress help and are optional.
  2. 02We answer with the specificsSizes, edges, threads and the deadline for the stop you are aiming at. The project's coordinators set these, and they change with the cloth.
  3. 03You stitchWeeks, usually. Communities have done it in a fortnight and in half a year.
  4. 04The panel is joinedSewn into the cloth, photographed, and counted in the project's totals.
  5. 05Your community is certifiedA participation certificate signed by the project's author and curator, naming your organization and the length the cloth reached with your panel in it.

What arrives afterwards
