Carry it across the Americas
A 160-metre embroidered cloth crosses a continent only if somebody moves it, insures it and opens doors along the way. Three kinds of partner do that.
Where a partner fits
- Logistics
- Carriage between stops, customs paperwork, insured transit and secure storage. A Ukrainian carrier moving a Ukrainian symbol across the Americas is a story that tells itself, and we would rather it be told by a company that earns it.
- Funding
- Transport, insurance, installation and the local costs of each stop. Named support for one leg of the route is a real and finite ask, unlike open-ended sponsorship.
- Institutions
- Municipalities, cultural bodies, diaspora organizations, Rotary clubs, universities and consulates that can host, convene or vouch. Introductions are worth as much here as money.
What a partner gets
- Named on the route
- Your organization appears against the legs you carry, in all three languages of the site.
- The documents
- Record certificates, the memorandum, photography with credits, and the fact pack you can quote from directly.
- Press support
- Joint releases, and someone from UAFest on the phone with your communications team.
- An honest scope
- We tell you what is agreed and what is a plan. There is exactly one confirmed stop in North America today, and we say so.
Numbers we will not invent for you
The Americas route is a working plan, so no audience figures, no impression counts and no city list are guaranteed here. What is confirmed: the premiere in Carleton Place on 13 September 2026, and the European record registered in Tallinn in May. Everything beyond that is written up, with sources, in the fact pack.

A sentence or two is enough: who you are, what part of this you could take on, and where you operate.
