Four logos sit at the centre: Ukrainian Fest Lanark County, the Town of Carleton Place, Lanark County and the Ukrainian Community of Lanark County. Beneath them: “Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada 2026, 13 September · uafest.ca”. The borders carry Ukrainian flowers — poppies, sunflowers, wheat and cornflowers — among traditional ornaments, with the words “Unity • Victory • Love”. Machine embroidery, mixed techniques, cross stitch and satin stitch. Design by Yuliia Bobrovnyk.

Цю панель створила у 2026 році Українська громада округу Ланарк для північноамериканської подорожі Рушника Єдності — Рушника Перемоги. Вона закарбовує Карлтон-Плейс, Онтаріо, як місце, де Рушник офіційно представили в Північній Америці на UAFEST 2026, 13 вересня 2026 року. У центрі — чотири логотипи організацій і громади, повʼязаних із цією історичною подією: Ukrainian Fest Lanark County, місто Карлтон-Плейс, округ Ланарк і Українська громада округу Ланарк. Разом вони показують партнерство української громади й місцевої канадської спільноти, яка прийняла Рушник. Квіткові краї — українські символічні квіти: маки, соняшники, пшениця й сині квіти в оточенні традиційних орнаментів. Вони означають памʼять, стійкість, життя, достаток і тяглість української культури. Уздовж обох боків — слова «Unity • Victory • Love», цінності, на яких тримається проєкт. Панель задумана як тривкий запис цього місця, дати й громади. Поки Рушник продовжує подорож Канадою, Сполученими Штатами й далі, ця панель несе з собою історію Карлтон-Плейс, округу Ланарк і української громади, яка прийняла його першу північноамериканську главу. Панель вишила Поліна Шевцова машинною вишивкою та змішаними техніками.

This panel was created in 2026 by the Ukrainian Community of Lanark County for the North American journey of the Rushnyk of Unity – Rushnyk of Victory. It commemorates Carleton Place, Ontario as the place where the Rushnyk was officially presented in North America during UAFEST 2026 on September 13, 2026. At the centre of the panel are four logos representing the organizations and community connected to this historic moment: Ukrainian Fest Lanark County, the Town of Carleton Place, Lanark County, and the Ukrainian Community of Lanark County. Together, they reflect the partnership between the Ukrainian community and the local Canadian community that welcomed the Rushnyk. The floral borders feature Ukrainian symbolic flowers — poppies, sunflowers, wheat and blue flowers — surrounded by traditional embroidered ornaments. They represent memory, resilience, life, abundance and the continuity of Ukrainian culture. Along both sides are the words “Unity • Victory • Love,” expressing the values at the heart of the project. The panel was designed as a lasting record of this place, date and community. As the Rushnyk continues its journey through Canada, the United States and beyond, this panel carries with it the story of Carleton Place, Lanark County and the Ukrainian community that welcomed its first North American chapter. The panel was embroidered by Polina Shevtsova using machine embroidery and mixed techniques.
