Twelve kinds of vendors we welcome

We offer a great opportunity to showcase your products, food, or services to thousands of festival attendees β€” from Ukrainian food and crafts to local services and community organizations. If your business or table fits one of the categories below, we'd love to hear from you.

Ukrainian Food Vendors
Varenyky, borscht, holubtsi and other traditional Ukrainian dishes and baked goods.

Non-Ukrainian food, snacks, drinks and treats for the festival crowd.

Vendor requirements

Business or vendor insurance and food handling certification may be required depending on what you're selling
Your own tent, table and signage
On-time setup before opening and teardown after close β€” exact times confirmed after your application is reviewed
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis β€” apply early for the best chance at your preferred space

We'd love to have you at Riverside Park β€” tell us about what you'll bring. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so the earlier you apply, the better your chance at your preferred space.

Vendor FAQ

Fees are kept affordable and vary by vendor category and booth size β€” we welcome 12 kinds of vendors, from food and crafts to community tables. Exact 2026 booth fees will be confirmed with you during application review.

All booths are outdoor spaces at Riverside Park, and vendors bring their own tent, table and signage. Tell us your setup and space needs in the application β€” the volunteer team matches your space to your vendor type when they review it.

The volunteer team reviews applications on a rolling basis, so the earlier you apply, the sooner you'll hear back β€” and the better your chance at your preferred space.
