UAFest carries a $5,000,000 policy of its own, and it covers craft, retail and community tables — those need nothing separate. Booths that sell food or drink provide their own certificate at the same $5,000,000 limit. We collect those certificates and submit them to the Town.
That is basic cover at the $5 million limit the Town requires — enough for the festival. Adding product liability costs roughly $54. Your exact price appears before you pay.

Type UAFest in the event search and pick this entry.
UAFest 2026 is registered with VendorPolicy. The Corporation of the Town of Carleton Place and Ukrainian Community of Lanark County are already stored as additional insureds, and a copy of your certificate reaches the festival team the moment you buy.
Already insured? Your existing business policy may work if it covers the festival date, carries a $5 million liability limit and names The Corporation of the Town of Carleton Place as an additional insured.
You do not need to buy a policy before your booth is approved.
Use VendorPolicy or your own broker. Food and beverage booths need a $5 million liability limit for the festival day.
Include the applicant or business name. Your booth cannot open until the festival team has the certificate.
VendorPolicy is an optional provider and does not cover every product or activity. If it cannot quote your booth, arrange coverage through your own broker.
